Pondle Privacy Policy

Your puzzles and progress
Pondle is a free logic puzzle game. It does not require an account. Puzzle progress, settings, hints, streaks, completion times and the last known Remove ads purchase status are stored locally on your device. Pondle does not upload puzzle answers or your game progress. Removing the app or clearing its website data can remove this local information. The website does not run the advertising or purchase SDKs.
Advertising on iOS
The iOS app integrates Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). AdMob may process an IP address to infer approximate location, device and advertising identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, app interactions, crash information and performance or other diagnostic information. Google uses these data for third-party and developer advertising, analytics and service operation. UMP also processes approximate location, consent interactions and performance data to provide consent functionality. Google's SDK declares location, identifiers and ad or product interactions as linked to your device; crash, performance and other diagnostic data are not linked. Device identifiers can be used for tracking when permitted. No precise location permission is requested.
Consent choices are requested where required before ad requests. Apple's tracking permission is requested after a completed level, never at cold start. If you allow tracking, AdMob may use the advertising identifier and data from other apps or websites for personalized advertising and measurement. If you decline, you can keep playing, and Pondle requests non-personalized ads. These ads can still process data for delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. UMP choices also govern what Google can process. SKAdNetwork supports Apple's advertising attribution.
Between-level ads begin no earlier than level 6, with at least two completed levels and 75 seconds between shown interstitials. Daily puzzles have no interstitial ads. You can choose a reward video for a hint or one extra heart. A skipped or failed video does not earn a reward. A Remove ads purchase disables between-level ads; reward videos remain optional.
You can revisit available consent choices in Settings > Ad privacy. You can manage tracking permission in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. If consent cannot be obtained or an ad cannot load, the game remains available. Learn more in Google's privacy policy and Google's advertising information.
Purchases
When purchases are configured, Apple handles payment and RevenueCat validates purchases and restores the Remove ads entitlement. RevenueCat processes purchase history, transaction and receipt information, an anonymous app identifier, and device or app metadata needed for purchase functionality and purchase analytics. Pondle supplies no name, email, custom account identifier or advertising identifier to RevenueCat and enables no advertising integration. Purchase data are not used for cross-app advertising tracking and are not linked to your real-world identity by Pondle. We do not receive your payment card details. See RevenueCat's privacy policy and Apple's privacy policy.
Analytics
Firebase Analytics is not installed or enabled. The app contains a disabled analytics integration stub. Development builds may print gameplay event names and basic puzzle statistics to the local debug console; they are not sent to an analytics service. AdMob's own ad analytics and RevenueCat's purchase analytics are separate from this stub. This policy and the store disclosures must be updated before any additional analytics service is enabled.
Sharing, service providers and retention
Sharing a daily result sends the text and challenge link to the app or destination you choose using the system share sheet. Pondle does not maintain a social profile or contacts list. Google and RevenueCat process service data under their own privacy policies, possibly outside your country. Local progress stays until you clear it or remove the app. Provider retention periods are governed by those policies and service settings.
Children and your choices
Pondle is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children. Ads are requested with Google's general-audience content rating. This is not a guarantee of a particular store age rating. We do not knowingly ask children to supply personal information. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us. You may request information about or deletion of data under applicable law. We may need provider identifiers to locate a record and will explain any legal retention requirements.
